Vacuum furnace products are usually divided into three temperatures, 1200ºC, 1400ºC, 1700ºC.When the actual operating temperature is lower than 1200°C, you can choose 1200°C vacuum furnace products. For vacuum furnaces at this temperature, we use HRE high-temperature alloy resistance wires as heating elements; generally, this type of product is suitable for vacuum annealing of metal and carbon materials.
When the actual operating temperature is higher than 1200ºC and lower than 1400ºC, you can choose 1400ºC vacuum furnace products.
For vacuum furnaces with this temperature, we use SIC silicon carbon rods as heating elements; generally, this type of product is suitable for annealing, aging and non-ferrous metals. Vacuum sintering of cermet materials.When the actual operating temperature is higher than 1400°C and lower than 1700°C, you can choose a 1700°C vacuum furnace product. For the vacuum furnace at this temperature, we use MoSi2 siliconmolybdenum rods as the additive.
