Principle of product structure:

The stainless steel vacuum glove box is mainly composed of a main box, a transition cabin and a frame. If the
user has other special requirements, it can also be designed or modified as needed;

There are two to three glove operation interfaces on the box. The front of the operation box is made of tempered
glass, with a wide viewing angle and no blind spots. The operator can clearly observe the operation process inside
the box, making the operation process more intuitively displayed in front of the operator's eyes.

There are two vacuum ball valves on the box and transition cabin for air inlet and outlet. KF40 vacuum connectors
are reserved on the box, which users can use as needed. They can be connected here when water or ventilation is needed. The box has built-in lighting and multi-hole sockets.

Precautions for product use:

1. Before use, it is necessary to check whether all connecting components are loose and whether all sealing components are intact;
2. It is prohibited to open the hatch, glove cap gland, or disassemble and inspect under vacuum conditions;
3. The glove opening should be vacuumed before or at the same time as the box, and then stopped vacuuming at
or at the same time as the box;
4. The external air source pipe fittings should be tightly sealed. When the vacuum pressure gauge pointer points
to 0 during the intake of the box, the intake valve should be closed;
5. After vacuuming, close the valve first and then turn off the vacuum pump;
6. Check if the glove valve is open during air extraction.
