1. what is the different about Nitriding furnace and Vaccum furnace?

The interval between the workpiece and the cathode and anode must be more than 30mm, so as to avoid the excessive current density between the two poles and the local temperature of the workpiece being too high. Do a good job of anti-seepage. Any hole less than 2mm must be shielded, and the sample must be placed in a position that can be consistent with the temperature of the workpiece.
