Introduction:

1. SQM-0.4L planetary ball mill is an essential device for mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, nano-material dispersion, new product development and small batch production of high-tech materials. This product is small in size, full in function, high in efficiency and low in noise. It is an ideal equipment for scientific research institutions, universities and enterprise laboratories to obtain micro-particle research samples (four samples can be obtained at the same time in each experiment). With the vacuum ball milling tank, the samples can be ground under vacuum.

 

2. The SQM-0.44L planetary ball mill is equipped with four ball milling tanks on the same turntable. When the turntable rotates, the ball milling tanks revolve around the turntable axis and rotate around their own axis, making planetary motion. Grinding balls in the tank collide with each other in high-speed motion, grinding and mixing samples. This product can grind and mix products with different particle sizes and materials by dry and wet methods. The minimum particle size of ground products can reach 0.1 micron (i.e. 1.0 × 10 mm-4).

 

3. Working mode: two or four ball milling tanks work at the same time Maximum sample loading: two-thirds of the volume of ball milling tanks. Feed tension: soil material ≤10 mm. Other materials ≤3 mm. Discharge particle size: the minimum can reach 0.1 um (i.e. 1.0 x 10 mm-4).
