Product Description

The vertical production planetary ball mill is an enlarged design based on the principle of a small planetary ball mill to manufacture a large planetary ball mill. The production planetary ball mill is mainly suitable for batch grinding production by users.

Working Principle

Planetary Ball Mill has four ball grinding jars installed on one turntable. When the turntable rotates, the jar axis makes planetary movements, the balls and samples inside the jars are impacted strongly in high speed movement, and samples are eventually ground into powder. Various kinds of different materials can be ground by the mill with dry or wet method. Minimum granularity of ground powder can be as small as 0.1μm.

 A:SQM-16L mill can also take 4L,2.5L,2L,1L, 500ml regular jars and 2.5ml vacuum jars. 
2. Q: How many jars needed when grinding?
  A: The machine has 4 stations, you can use 4 jars for most. Or 2 jars are also acceptable, but when using 2 jars please make sure they are placed opposite to keep balance. 1 jar or 3 jars every time are forbiden.
